How do I pay for my order? Is it secure? 
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Therefore, all customers are entitled to buyer’s protection through PayPal. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and BillMeLater. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may take up to 3 business days to process. ​

Do you re-stock your inventory?
Only on occasional circumstances we will re-stock certain items.
However, majority of our items are produced with limited quantity and will not be reproduce once it's sold out.

I’m In Love With Something That’s Out Of Stock In My Size! What Can I Do?

New items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon!

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping
NOTE: certain promotions are not applicable for international orders.

Shipment Processing:
Orders received after 09:00 AM CT will be processed the next business day.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
We do not ship on national holidays.
Email notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Shipping Rates:
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere between 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Shipping rates will vary based on time, weight and location. For more information, please calculate time and cost at UPS or USPS.

RETURNS REFUNDS:
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. Please pay close attention that you have selected the correct size and color before you finalize your purchase.


Exchange will only be granted in the event the item you receive is defective, or an incorrect merchandise is being mailed to you. Request for exchange MUST be made within 7 calendar days after the package is received. No exchange will be granted thereafter. The item MUST be in new condition. Items that has been worn, washed, or intentionally damaged will not be accepted. We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged. Please include the original packing slip when mailing back your item for an exchange. Email us at chillvibesclothing@gmail.com and we will provide you a pre-paid return label to send back the items.

Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, and only once we receive the merchandise. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Do not send items unless told to do so by e-mail confirmation from Chill Vibes Clothing.
