Orders received after 09:00 AM CT will be processed the next business day.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 7-15 business days.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere between 7 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. RETURNS REFUNDS
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. Please pay close attention that you have selected the correct size and color before you finalize your purchase.
Exchange will only be granted in the event the item you receive is defective, or an incorrect merchandise is being mailed to you. Request for exchange MUST be made within 7 calendar days after the package is received. No exchange will be granted thereafter. The item MUST be in new condition. Items that has been worn, washed, or intentionally damaged will not be accepted. We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged. Please include the original packing slip when mailing back your item for an exchange. Email us at chillvibesclothing@gmail.com and we will provide you a pre-paid return label to send back the items.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, and only once we receive the merchandise. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
